KREMC DIRECTOR DON ARNOLD TO RETIRE FROM BOARD
AFTER 21 YEARS OF SERVICE

Warsaw, Indiana – Don Arnold has announced his retirement from the Kosciusko REMC Board of Directors, effective April 17, 2010. He was elected to the board in 1989, and has been a member of the cooperative for 36 years.

Arnold and his wife, Nancy, have six children, 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and reside on Waubee Lake.

A retired educator, Arnold served as superintendent of the Wawasee Community School Corporation from 1967 to 1984. He is a graduate of Manchester College with a Bachelor of Science degree, and Ball State University with a master’s degree in school administration. In addition to his 36 years in education, he also served two years in the U.S. Army and worked for five years in the insurance industry.

Arnold is a member of the Milford Kiwanis Club and attends Grace Lutheran Church in Syracuse.

“KREMC and all of our members would like to thank Don for his many years of service and dedication to the cooperative,” said Steve Rhodes, president and CEO. “He has played a vital part in how this co-op looks and operates today, and he will be missed on the board. We wish Don and his wife, Nancy, all the best.”
